Alex Falcone is the only comedian and writer living in Los Angeles (*citation needed).
He started comedy in Portland, OR where he eventually won Portland’s Funniest Person, was twice named an Undisputable Genius of Portland Comedy, and got an ice cream flavor named after him by Salt & Straw, which is one of MANY things he has in common with Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson.
He’s appeared in several episodes of Portlandia as one of Fred’s nerdy friends and was asked to do standup on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert.
In his spare time, Alex co-wrote a best selling young-adult romance novel about a mummy called Unwrap My Heart that Publisher’s Weekly called “unfortunate” and his videos have been viewed over 200 million times. He was also the 2007 Walla Walla Valley Bowling Association All Events Champion.
Despite these modest accomplishments, he’s somehow remained down to earth and approachable.
